Main Responsibilities:

- Order processing from the point of order taking to goods delivery, process sales orders, enter data relating to customers and sales, maintain customer database in company system, including issue invoice to customer and follow-up payment

- Customer complaint handling, coordinate with relevant department to investigate and settle the complaint, and ensure response to customer on a timely manner

- Create/update customer master profile

- Answer customer enquiry

- Continuously improve customer service level in responsible section of duty

- Generate purchase orders to affiliated production centers out of sales orders with customers and follow up the development of execution of purchase orders

- Overlook the whole logistic operation starting from the point of affiliated production centers to the shipment to customers

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in business administration, foreign trade or other related fields

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Good coordinating ability and good team work spirit

- Committed, responsible and initiative working attitude

- Customer and result oriented

- Fluency in read and written English is necessary

任职资格：

1、1. 测控仪器、自动化、过程装备与控制、化学工程、化学分析、环保环境工程等相关专业全日制本科以上学历优先，英语CET4，计算机运用熟练，形象气质佳；

2、口齿清晰，普通话流利，语音富有感染力；

3、具备独立处理复杂问题和危急事件的能力；

4、良好的语言表达及较强的沟通能力，工作认真细致，积极进取，善于学习与创新。

5、具备较强的学习能力和优秀的沟通能力；

6、机敏灵活，性格坚韧，思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力和承压能力；

7、有强烈的事业心、责任心和积极的工作态度。
